  1. Shipping Methods and Timelines:
  • We use one of India’s most trusted and reliable courier aggregator Shiprocket.in to ship orders across India using the most applicable courier partner for your pin code to optimize for delivery time and cost.  
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.
  • Please note that during busy periods, such as festivals or sales events, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
  • Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
  1. Shipping Charges:
  • We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 1000.
  • Shipping charges for order values below Rs. 1000 are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the delivery location, and will be visible to you during checkout.
  1. Shipping Destinations:
  • We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  1. Tracking Orders:
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number on the Shiprocket.in website.
  1. Delivery Attempts:
  • Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order.
  • After multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. Please contact our customer support team to arrange for re-delivery or refund.
  1. Delivery Issues:
  • In case of any issues with the delivery, such as damaged or missing items, please use the Contact Us page for assistance within 24 hours of receiving the order, or write to us on wondershop.in@gmail.com
  • We will investigate the matter promptly and provide a resolution as per our Return and Refund Policy.
  1. Delayed or Lost Shipments:
  • While we strive to deliver your orders on time, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, public holidays, or logistical issues with our courier partners may cause delays.
  • If your shipment is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please use the Contact Us page for assistance.
  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the amount of the item or order, using the original method of payment.

  • We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes made after the order has been dispatched may incur additional charges.
