Return and Refund Policy

In case of you receive products that are damaged, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery of the order. The damaged product or part will be recalled and collected by our delivery partner, and a replacement will be shipped by us at no additional cost to you. Follow the below steps to return a damaged product:

  1. Write to us within 24 hours of delivery via the Contact Us page or send us an email on wondershop.in@gmail.com with your order number and mention details of the damaged product(s).
  2. Ensure the items you are returning have not been used, and they have the original tags attached.
  3. Pack the products into their original packaging if they were in one.

In case you receive your order with some missing item(s), you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery of the order. We will check in our systems and with delivery partners, and if confirmed, either the missing item(s) or part thereof will be shipped by us at no additional cost to you, or we will issue you a part refund for the missing item. Write to us within 24 hours of delivery via the Contact Us page or send us an email on wondershop.in@gmail.com with your order number and mention details of the missing item(s).

If eligible in any of the above cases, we will need between 10 to 14 business days to process your return. After it has been accepted, we will send you an email and your refund should be in your account within 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.
